About Heal Journals

Designed by Psychologist & Psychotherapist Nova Cobban...

Hi, I'm Nova and I first created Heal Journals to help my clients feel like they had a tool that supported them really well between sessions, and that would also help us both to understand what underlying patterns and beliefs might be going on.

These were so useful that I decided to make my own range of products. I design and test each and every one to ensure they really work.

Micro journals

The 30 Day Philosophy

All our Micro Trackers are designed for 30 days of focused tracking - whether you use them daily or sporadically, each one contains just 30 entries. This keeps things light, manageable, and free from the overwhelm of long, never-ending journals. With a fresh start every month, you can choose your focus, track what matters, and switch it up whenever you need.

gamification built in

Daily Sense of Winning

Recognising small wins each day is key to building momentum. That’s why we’ve added subtle gamification elements to keep you feeling like you’re winning - every single day. At the bottom of each page, you’ll find a blank brain symbol, ready to be coloured in once you’ve completed your entry. It’s a simple touch, but trust us - the dopamine hit is real!

Momentum over perfection

Intentionally Tactile

We know the pressure of a too-perfect journal - the kind that feels impossible to actually write in. That’s why we’ve designed ours differently.

High-quality paper with a slight texture and a gentle off-white hue, so it already feels ‘used’ and inviting.
Undated pages no guilt, no wasted space, just pick up where you left off.
Minimalist design no fussy illustrations or overwhelming blank pages, just the right balance of structure and freedom.

Because journaling should feel like a space to breathe, not another thing to get right.
